This active antenna is designed for receive-only purposes across a wide frequency range of 0.5 to 30MHz.
It has active electronc components which must be powered. It can be used to feed up to five receivers. When the DC voltage for the active antenna is not provided by the receiver, it may be supplied by either our AAX1 power unit (57238) for one receiver or AAX5 for up to five.
The receivers can be a combination of navigation types, HF/SSB, Navtex, broadcast AM/FM weather Fax etc..
