Refund policy

If you need to return an item due to a change of mind please email us first for an RMA number, and returns instructions.

Business-to-Business or specially organised orders cannot be refunded as we order the items in especially to meet the requirements of the customer.

Products that say "IN STOCK AT SUPPLIER" could be subject to a 20% restocking fee if you decide to return them. This is because we order the items in especially to meet the requirements of your order.

Any returned items must be unused with all packaging intact and original labels and tags attached..

.Underwear (including Waterproof T30 Shorts) cannot returned due to hygiene reasons.
