Loctite SI 5331 is designed for the locking and sealing of plastic and metal fittings carrying hot or cold water. Amongst others, it is recommended by TruDesign for its threaded nylon composite fittings. Loctite SI 5331 cures at ambient temperatures under the influence of atmospheric moisture to form a low strength flexible seal.
● Locks connection against vibration-induced loosening
● Meets BS 6920 for potable water
● Service temperature range: -55 to +150°C
