I bought several items, which arrived promptly, except for my Rockhopper shoes. After emailing, Russell quickly followed up with manufacturer and got them sent out quickly. Everything I bought is very good quality and the service was very good.

Big thank you to Russell who went above and beyond for me to ensure that my dive mask got to me on time before my holiday. Lots of technology issues occurred which could have easily causes issues but Russell stepped in and sorted them all. Mask and strap cover arrived and I love them. We stopped by the shop in Borehamwood one afternoon and asked about snorkeling equipment. The gentleman was very helpful, very patient, and full of ideas for us and our trip. We eventually ordered a few of the recommended items and had them sent to us. All arrived well packed and came as expected.

My wife and I dropped in to the store to see if we could get our dive computer batteries changed. Russell wasn't able to do this on site, but sent them away for us.
