We stopped by the shop in Borehamwood one afternoon and asked about snorkeling equipment. The gentleman was very helpful, very patient, and full of ideas for us and our trip. We eventually ordered a few of the recommended items and had them sent to us. All arrived well packed and came as expected.

My wife and I dropped in to the store to see if we could get our dive computer batteries changed. Russell wasn't able to do this on site, but sent them away for us.
