Waterways World magazine in a recent trial concluded; 'Based on my brief trial, I reckon that Spyra-Base anchors offer a much more reliable method of mooring than conventional spikes. They would be ideal for mooring while out cruising and a boon to anyone with a long term towpath or offside mooring with no rings or piling.
