My wife and I dropped in to the store to see if we could get our dive computer batteries changed. Russell wasn't able to do this on site, but sent them away for us. While we were there we decided to take a look at some fins and boots. Russell was very helpful and in a short time we both had new fins and really well fitted boots. Thanks Russell

I bought a dryrobe for a Christmas present and there were some issues with sizing. All the communications through Amazon were a bit tricky and when I mentioned this to Russell he quickly addressed things and got straight on to sorting everything out. The communications and everything after this were spot on, and the dryrobe was changed and things sorted really quickly.
